Here
I've cut a piece of card approx. 30 mm wide by 75 mm high using
some craft scissors, giving it a wavy edge.
Before cutting the art paper I've overlaid the card so that
the word baby is central, you can use this technique with many
papers to get greetings, patterns etc.

Cut the
art paper to suit, stick the paper and card using Uhu glue.
The flower
shapes are from Jolee stickers Yellow daisy pack and are self
adhesive.
The baby block is confetti sweet dreams, mounted using a double
sided sticky pad.

Variations
on this design:
Note. The use of pink for girls, blue for boys, obvious,
when making cards for such an occasion as new baby, the fact is
that you can continue using colour to bias your card towards any
male or female occasion.
