Orders
are sent out within one to two working days by Royal Mail post.
Orders are packed and sent out in the order that they are received. If you have placed an order and not paid for it, it will remain in the system until it is paid for, it will then go out in order, it does not jump the queue once you have paid for it. Payment
can be made by phone, cheque or on-line. If paying by cheque your order will not
be shipped until payment has been received We cannot offer a next day delivery under any circumstances please allow enough time to receive your order. If
you have a general query about your order you can phone or e-mail us, please quote
your invoice number. Please always check with your local Royal Mail sorting office first before contacting us as very often the parcel is waiting for you to collect it. If
your order is late and not at your sorting office then please contact us by email
or phone 01268 569420 If
something is missing from your order please double check your packaging before
phoning as we sell many small items that can get hidden in packaging and very
often the items turn up hidden in between something else. You are responsible for supplying the correct delivery address when you enter your personal details, in the event that your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address supplied to us by you the customer, no refund will be given until the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail. Please
allow up to 30 days for refunds to be given. |
