UK Shipping costs are £2.50.

International orders are sent via air mail, costs start from £3.50.

Delivery times:

Orders are sent within seven days (normally within 48 hours), if you have not received your order within ten working days please let us know via so that we can rectify the problem.

Returns, your consumer rights:

When you order over the Internet or by mail order, you have seven days to evaluate the product in your home, if within those seven days you decide to return the product (unopened), you will be entitled to a full purchase cost refund, however this does not include shipping costs. Note. These rights do not apply to software.


If the product is faulty:

Kookykards will offer an exchange or full refund including postage costs incurred, The choice is yours.
